The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any concerns. The location was great, just a short walk to the city center and there was a nearby grocery store for convenience. The clean and spacious rooms with ample cooking utensils in the kitchen made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The showers were not the best, so make sure to bring your own flip flops for the shared bathrooms. Also, climbing up into the bunk bed was a bit of a challenge due to the awkward arrangement of the ladder and lockers.

The hostel is conveniently located near popular attractions such as the Botanics and Ulster Museum, with City Hall just a short walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean and the linens are well maintained. The onsite cafe offers a variety of options for breakfast at a reasonable price.

A few guests have mentioned that the shower facility could be improved, with some experiencing only cold water during their stay.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable about local culture. Clean and spacious female dorms with a safe atmosphere. Convenient location for exploring nearby attractions. Good breakfast at a reasonable price. Easy access to transportation for day trips.

Very basic facilities, especially in en-suite rooms. Uncomfortable beds and outdated wet rooms.
